Terms & Conditions for Blanja

Effective Date: 1 October 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Blanja (“the Platform”), a pay-forward meal platform operated by

FORESIGHT FUTURES ENTERPRISE

(“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Platform connects generous donors (“Customers”) with local Malaysian restaurants (“Partner Restaurants”) to facilitate the purchase and distribution of meals (“Pay-Forward Meals”) to those in need.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Blanja website (

www.blanja.my

) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we publish on the Platform. If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

2. The Blanja Service

Blanja provides a platform that enables Donors to:

1. Donate Funds: Contribute money specifically for the purpose of purchasing Pay-Forward Meals from Partner Restaurants.
2. Facilitate Meal Creation: Direct or facilitate the order of Pay-Forward Meals from Partner Restaurants using the aggregated donation funds.
3. Meal Distribution: We facilitate, in partnership with our Partner Restaurants or designated third parties, the distribution of the Pay-Forward Meals to identified individuals or groups in need.

Important Note on Funds: Funds donated through Blanja are designated solely for the purchase of Pay-Forward Meals from Partner Restaurants. They are not general donations to Blanja, nor are they refundable once confirmed.

3. Donor Terms

A. Donations and Payments
1. All donations are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
2. Donors acknowledge that their payment is a voluntary non-refundable donation dedicated to purchasing meals.
3. Blanja uses secure, third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, local bank gateways). Donors agree to abide by the terms of those payment processors.
4. Blanja does not retain or store any sensitive financial information (like credit card numbers).


B. Allocation of Funds
1. While Donors may sometimes select a specific Partner Restaurant or a general cause, Blanja reserves the right to allocate funds as needed to ensure the most effective and timely distribution of Pay-Forward Meals, prioritizing restaurants and communities with the greatest need or capacity to fulfill orders.

C. Tax Implications
1. Blanja is not a registered charitable organisation unless stated otherwise. Donations may not be tax-deductible in Malaysia. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of any donation.

4. Partner Restaurant Terms

1. Partner Restaurants are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, preparation, and delivery/pickup of all Pay-Forward Meals.
2. Partner Restaurants agree to adhere to all relevant Malaysian food safety and hygiene regulations.
3. Blanja will facilitate the payment to Partner Restaurants for all Pay-Forward Meals ordered through the Platform, typically within a predetermined payment cycle (e.g., weekly or monthly), subject to Blanja’s payment terms with the restaurant.
4. Blanja is not liable for any issues arising from the food itself, including, but not limited to, food poisoning, allergic reactions, or poor food quality.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

A. Disclaimer
The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Blanja makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or services included on it.

B. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Blanja shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Any loss or damage to funds due to technical failure or fraud (though we will take reasonable security measures).
2. Any injury, illness, or damage caused by Pay-Forward Meals prepared by Partner Restaurants.
3. Any failure of a Partner Restaurant to fulfil an order.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these T&C or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

7. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new T&C on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
